About Ron

Journey to a mortgage agent

Ron Siddharth has close to 20 years overall experience starting his career in the IT industry where he played several roles as an IT consultant, moving to sales and development and finally to management for over 10 years.

He operated mainly in the financial services sector throughout his career. He managed client and partner relations with some of the largest Fortune 100 banks & other financial institutions and was responsible for hundred of millions of dollars in sales and annual revenues.

After taking the plunge to launch his own financial services business, Ron joined the mortgage industry to facilitate the mortgage process for others and make it smoother than what it had been for him in his personal mortgage journeys over the years.

Ron has a background in IT Engineering and an MBA from one of the IIMs in India.

Why work with a Licensed Mortgage agent

A mortgage agent is a professional, licensed by FSRA and authorized to carry out mortgage activities, such as negotiate mortgage terms and rates, with lenders on behalf of clients.

A licensed mortgage agent is not the same as a mortgage specialist from a bank. Only a mortgage agent with a FSRA license is authorized to compare and offer mortgage products from multiple lenders.
Licensed mortgage agents always keep their client's best interests in mind as their main motivation is to get their clients the best deal possible. Licensed mortgage agents have no sales quotas and are not obligated to promote one lender over another.
Clients do not have to pay mortgage agents for their services. Mortgage agents are paid a commission by the lender, only if a deal gets funded.

  If you are looking for mortgages I would recommend Ron 100%. He has all the details about the whole process and is meticulous about the whole process. He handholds you from the start to the end of the process. He is readily available to solve your queries at any time. In our case  he assured us of getting a lower rate than what we were quoted and he delivered on that promise.
